Roasted Pork Loin w/Culinary Lavender, Rosemary, & Garlic:

Ingredients:

1 (2 3/4 lb) Boneless Pork Loin

1/2 Tbsp of Culinary Lavender

1 Tbsp minced fresh Rosemary

4 Garlic cloves minced

Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper

1 C Dry White Wine

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Rub the pork loin with Culinary Lavender, Rosemary, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and place in a roasting pan. Pour wine into the bottom of the pan.

Roast the pork for about 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with the wine and juices from the bottom of the pan. Measure temperature of Pork with meat thermometer. The temperature of Pork Loin should be approximately 160 degrees. (145 degrees if you like rare).

Once the Pork Loin has come to temperature, remove from the oven and let sit for about 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with your favorite sides. We love fingerling potatoes and asparagus!
